We recently completed this Ultraframe Loggia in Shropshire

The Loggia bridges the gap between a conservatory and an extension.

The colour of the roof and side frames is anthracite grey. Rather than using a pvc roof and frames we installed aluminium tilt and turn windows and a 3 pane bifold door which opens out to the right.

This allows maximum space as the doors when open, fold to the right into “dead space”

To give this project a contemporary feel the blinds are fitted in between the sealed unit.

Another interesting point is the cornice gutter. This is aluminium power coated in anthracite grey to complement the roof and frames.

Additionally inside we have the loggia “livinroom” effect   where we can install down lights into the pelmet.
